you are sure to book the tickets in our agency, please read the booking rules
following. Any way you book in our agency, these booking rules are considered
to have get your agreement. |
- 1. The
reservation of cabins
All the reservation should be made through fax or
email. Please provide the following information for each passenger: full name,
gender, nationality, and available ID number.
When your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter informing you with the proposed flights, hotels, and tours in details.
- 2. Confirmation
for the reservation
Upon full payment of the ticket in our fixed account,
a confirmation will be issued for the reservation. If we don't receive the deposit
or full payment prior to scheduled date, we can't keep the cabins for you. The
reservation will be regarded as invalid.
- 3. Payment
A: The cruise-ticket would be paid in USD. The rate
of exchange is 1:6.3, if is in RMB.
B: The deposit or full cruise-ticket should be charged
when the reservation is confirmed. (The deposit is 30% of full ticket fare)
C: Full cruise-ticket fare should be paid 45 days prior the departure Otherwise,
the reservation will be regarded as invalid.
D: Our company authorizes
change of ticket price on the list. All prices cover the fare of cruise-tickets,
meal, spots tickets in the itinerary, and tour guild (cable car not included).
The private fares on the ship, like drinks, laundry, haircut, post, telecom, massage,
shopping and so on are not included in the cruise-ticket.
- 4. Cancellation
of the reservation
We would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip to China. If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written
cancellation.
A: The deposit couldn't be returned for the
cancellation of reservation at anytime.
B: $100 will be charged for
the cancellation 45 days prior to the departure date if full cruise-ticket has
been paid.
C: 50% of full cruise-ticket fare will be charged for the
cancellation 30-45 days prior to the departure date.
D: 100% of full
cruise-ticket fare will be charged for the cancellation less than 30 days prior
to the departure date.
E: If you already cruise travel, travel termination for any reason, all fees are not refundable.
- 5. Full
tour guild and Children
A: Children are from the age of 12 ( twelve years old)
to 2 will be charged 50-67% of the full ticket fare, but no
independent bed. Children bellow the age of 2 ( two years
old) will be charge 10%, but no independent bed. If the children
want the bed, 85% of adult ticket fare would be charged.
B: One tour guild would accompany with tour group less
16 people. 50% cruise-ticket will be charge for him. If the tour group with more
16 people, the tour guild is free. He or she must have Chinese ID card and available
national tour guild certificate.
D: Different cruise ships may not be exactly the same, please see the specific cruise instructions.
- 6. Single
cabin, extra bed, presidential suits and pre-board
A: 90% extra
fare subject to the cruise ticket will be charged for a single standard cabin.
B: 85% extra fare subject to the cruise ticket will be recharged for extra
bed in the cabin.
C: 600-800% fare will be recharged for a presidential
suit.
- 7. Insurance
Three Gorges Cruise may be only a portion of your China trip, cruise lines will not be for tourists to buy property and life insurance. However, we still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.
- 8. Terms
of Responsibility
A: In case of uncontrollable circumstance such
as bad weather, lower water level, temporary prohibition of sailing and control
of the navigation channel, the departure point and the destination of cruising
may be adjusted. The company of cruise ship keep the right of adjust.
B:
In case of any mechanical breakdown of the cruiser, which prevents if from sailing
normally, the departure date will be readjusted and passengers will be transferred
to our specific cruiser by cruise ship company. Passenger will be refunded if
the price of the other cruiser is lower than others. Our company will not bear
any other responsibilities or indemnity.
C: Schedule of various destinations
is only foreseen. In case of season, flood and fog etc national reasons, the cruise
would be behind schedule sometimes. So you' d better prepare optional time for
flight, train or bus at the last destination.
